September really has been a great month. With being able to really get back into a routine... (that I am still finding my feet with), to being able to go back to offering my therapies properly again now that the kids are back to school and the childminders, to a lovely short family break in Devon. Life has really started to feel quite normal again. It is already hard to believe that I was unable to offer face to face services for months.
What I have loved the most however is being able to see my lovely clients again, in person (As well as meeting a few new ones as well!) ❤️ You cannot beat having the social and therapeutic contact that comes with therapies. As humans we are social by nature and rely on being part of families and communities, it is so important for our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Seeing the impact that it has had on so many of us has been a real eye opener and. I hope that we do not find ourselves in the same situation as we have done a few months ago.
As we know things aren’t back to normal, not completely... but at least they are heading in the right direction for now. Lets hope they stay that way.
During the lockdown period I have had the pleasure of offering Zoom Relaxation and Meditation sessions, it has been a welcomed therapy for me as well as for those who have attended, so much so that they are continuing on their new day of Fridays! Feel Good Friday’s relaxation and meditation sessions start this evening at 8:30pm! And I for one can’t wait 😊
